Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Due to the nature of the products we deal with, we will not be able to offer returns or exchanges on products that have been purchased on our website.

The exception to this is if the product arrives damaged. Please get in touch with us at info@mayasorganicworld.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a return or exchange. In these circumstances, we offer free return shipping.

All refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Depending on the payment method used, it will take approximately 3-5 working days for the payment to reach you.

If you have ordered the wrong products, please email us at info@mayasorganicworld.com to discuss any possible exchanges. Also, if you would like to cancel an order prior to delivery, please get in touch with us. Again, we will be in touch within 24 hours of receiving the email.
